Confirmed artists to perform during this year’s Breeding Ground showcase include Juvenile, Mystikal, Trae the Truth, Don Trip, Big K.R.I.T, as well as Breeding Ground Artists [BGA] Future, Travis Porter, Chevy Woods, Smoke DZA, Six Reasons, Erreon Lee, Dee 1, Tito Lopez, Rockie Fresh and the new additions of The Airplane Boys and Chase N Cash and others.
The first event to take place is AllHipHop.com’s Breeding Ground showcase, which takes place on Friday, March 16 from from 8pm – 2am at Kiss & Fly nightclub in Austin, TX - Steve Raze

Fun fact: Dallas based MC Erreon Lee's father produced Vanilla Ice's breakout single "Ice Ice Baby." He joins Juelz Santana on this new record (which we really, really, wish he named something else) called "Yolo."

Hip-Hop could be considered the most innovative genre of music, always bringing a new perspective to the surface. Erreon Lee is a rising star stepping into the game on his own accord. The rapper lives in Dallas, but is known to bring an East Coast vibe to the mic, no doubt accredited to his diverse background.
The both street- and college-educated rapper has dropped three mix-tapes: The Day The Game Changed 1, 2, and 3. Lee also dropped his first album, The Surface, in January. Erreon Lee is a 24-year-old rapper/songwriter and film director from Tulsa, Oklahoma but currently resides in Dallas, Texas. In 2011, Erreon began to receive a tremendous amount of attention over various top Hip-Hop blogs after releasing his second mixtape The Day The Game Elevated 2. That success then spiraled onto the streets of Dallas, making Erreon a premier artist in his hometown on the underground scene.
Erreon naturally has music in his blood; literally! He is the son of Producer/DJ Floyd 'Earthquake' Brown, who is most notable for producing Vanilla Ice's Grammy award winning Ice Ice Baby. Erreon gives most credit for his passion for music influence to his father, claiming that he is the reason why so much effort is put into being the best artist he can be; to make his legendary mark on the industry and to one day also bring another Grammy home to the family.
12 years old is the age where Erreon first began to write and perform his music. He spent the next 6 years perfecting his craft as well as attending school and participating in sports, which was his main focus at the time. By the age of 18, Erreon made quite a name for himself around his school, so with the encouragement of everyone around him including his father, he then began to look at music as more of a career than a hobby but still intended on going to college and did so at The University of Texas.
Late2011, Erreon established an independent label with his music manager Evan Palmer that would serve as the necessary machine to manufacture his career. Erreon recruited publicists, engineers, producers, DJs, and Dream.Work.Conquer Films to free lance serve under the umbrella of his music label 31st Century Music Group.
January 21, 2012 He released his debut digital album The Surface independently. After the release of The Surface, audiences felt like Erreon has officially formally arrived into the industry. The album soon caught the attention of media titans such as XXL, The Source, Vibe, 2dopeboyz and AllHipHop.com and all featured reviews on the album. In March of 2012, Vibe Magazine invited Erreon to perform in Austin Texas at their music showcase at the SXSW music festival. That performance brought Erreon an abundance of attention and more press. That press helped Erreon earn over 1 Million youtube views colletvely. AllHipHop.com later announced Erreon as a Breeding Ground Artist to watch in 2013.
September 2012, Erreon's first single "Yolo" Featuring Juelz Santana surfaced on Atlanta's V103 radio station after it was leaked. Later that year, VEVO sponsered and released the music video for Yolo exclusively. Erreon released his latest project "No Cosign" in October of 2012, which was also covered by media titans such as XXL & The Source Magazine. In 2013, Pandora radio awarded Erreon with his own station. That summer, Erreon wanted to capitalize on his hometown (Dallas), which happens to be the number 5-music market in U.S., so he opened up for acts that came to his city such as Kendrick Lamar, J.Cole & Wale.
Meanwhile Erreon is in the studio gearing up for his next project "Basquiat". Erreon is arguably the top Hip-Hop artist and most unique in his market. After speaking with Erreon it is clear to see that his mindset is far beyond his years & everything about him is absolutely quality. Erreon is a fully polished artist from top to bottom. Erreon is the best-kept secret to the masses but it's only a matter of time before the secret gets out. In the meantime, stay tuned; this kid is definitely one to keep both eyes on!
