A product of the DMV area, Esquire can be defined as anything except local. He’s worked with artist from all over the United States. Despite citing Virginia native and musical genius Pharrell as an influence, the only thing he and Equire share is the fact they both have unique production styles, unlike anything else in the industry.

Effects and instruments one after another come out every week it seems and there is so much talk about them while they just sit there waiting to be used. Reason Radio started back a couple of years ago and it’s had a slow start but that’s the way things are in the music biz.

Music Forum @ ReasonForums for their next track and when a song
is picked ReasonRadio will be broadcasting it out to its vast network of 1000’s of music lovers over its social networks.
Todays pick is by an artist/producer called Terrence “Esquire” Huggins and his track that we tapped from the ReasonForums music forum is called Bliss.

"Esquire Music – High Low and Commodity (Hype Instrumentals)"

Esquire Music, an amazing producer out of Washington D.C, drops some absolute gems for us to enjoy and vibe to.

First on the list is High Low.

This is an amazing production.  A very upbeat and pop feel while maintaining the hip hop vibe. The drums are amazing on this instrumental, the hard hitting snare/clap combo and open high hat give this instrumental that classic feeling to it. The melody of the track is superb. The echo-y bell plucks, pads,  piano chords and strings add a unique sound to this already unbelievable mix. I especially love when the instrumental goes to the pad and bell bridge. Simplifying the instrumental to its roots to make a great sound. Amazing Instrumental. A go to for any artist trying to make a certified HIT.

Number 2 on the list is Commodity

This instrumental is beyond anything I’ve heard in a while. A very relaxing instrumental with an amazing choir sample in the back to create a very soothing sound. I could definitely hear somebody like Drake killing this beat. This is a HIT just off the beat itself. It had me feeling emotion from the top. The drums sit perfectly on the whole ambiance of the instrumental. The synth slide is perfect. Loud enough to lead but not to loud to overpower the mix. Amazing instrumental. This is just the tip of the iceberg. There’s many more amazing tracks to listen to at Esquire Music’s Soundcloud. Take a click HERE.

Shout outs to Esquire Music. Your music is unbelievably dope. Thank you for allowing us here at HamiltonHype to take a listen and review it. Look forward to hearing future projects by Esquire Music.

"Esquire Productions: From Dubstep to R&B, #Washington Area  "

Terrence ‘Esquire’ Huggins is an ambitious producer/lyricist in Washington, DC with plenty of experience in using top notch equipment to produce music ranging from Dubstep to R&B.  Mixing genres together has become a real trend, where sometimes it’s hard to box music into one genre at all.  It’s fascinating the way music changes about every decade. For a producer like Esquire this is an excitingly creative pride to revel in by combining sounds/genres together.  Esquire’s inspirations are Pharrell and Timberland two of the most innovative applauded producers in the commercial music industry. This says a lot about what he aspires to become.

To accomplish goals one has to be making moves consistently targeting goals to be bigger and better than the last. Right now he is working on a list of about four projects from California to New York. Esquire has also been shopping his music to labels, and wants to continue on that path getting the recognition he deserves. Of course, working with individual artists (and other producers) is not out of the question. Esquire has worked with talented artists who make, in general, urban music. Going above and beyond he cross promotes collaborations on his verified Soundcloud account.  Esquire has 959 people following his Soundcloud account that lists 82 uploaded tracks he has completed over the years. At the top of Esquire’s Soundcloud page are tracks he produced for other artists in 2014 like: Avery Grey- “YoUniverse”, William R.I.C.E- “In My Ways”, and Rolando Damian’s entire EP “Forbidden Fruit”. In the past month Esquire has posted new beats on his Soundcloud with an airy elegance sound listen HERE (scroll down a bit). If you are interested in working with him now, or in the future, send a message, don’t be shy he is very humble guy. - HookedUpB Mag
