Esquire the Great

Born, raised, and based in Brooklyn New York, Esquire the Great has been rapping for nearly 15 years. A graduate of the Savannah College of art and Design, this young man has learned to approach song writing with the same eye for detail, technical skill, and connection on the the subconcious spiritual realm, as any fine artist. He seeks to blur the line between rock and roll and hip-hop so well, people begin to doubt there is a difference. Esquire's top musical influence is Prince, he also been deeply influenced by song-writers such as Slick Rick, Common, Neil Young, Kanye, Jay-Z, The Arcade Fire, Lil Wayne, De La Soul, D'Angelo, Nina Simone, Radiohead, Eminem, Nas, Iggy Pop, Bob Marley, Bob Dylan ect. Esquire's approach to song-writing is built of the grit and urgency of hip hop, with a heart for musicallity, and a flair for showmanship.
