Bio

The Merriam-Webster dictionary defines Suave as 1: smoothly though often superficially gracious and sophisticated, 2: smooth in texture, performance, or style. This definition is synonymous with ET "down to a tee". In a world where the music landscape is constantly evolving and transcending, it's always refreshing to have music artists like ET "shake things up a bit". From the moment he first picked up a pair of drumsticks, he found his life's passion for making music behind a drum kit. In 2000, he attended his first ever concert featuring the "Red Hot Chilli Peppers" and was completely blown away with Chad Smith's performance. This defining moment would prove to be a pivotal turning point in his life as the stage was set for what lay ahead. Three years would pass before he then made the decision to take drum lessons. He studied under the tutelage of Neil LaFortune of Drummer's Choice. It was during this time he attended various drum clinics and local shows, which only fueled his ambition to perfect his craft. Things were moving at such a rapid pace and soon, his drumming would eventually take priority over everything else; even his promising soccer talent with a top local team. His closest friends at school were in an "up and coming" local band called Rosedale who just lost their drummer. The time was right he felt, to test his chops within a band environment, and so it came to pass on his 15th. birthday that he would give up soccer and pursue music. It became abundantly evident that this was his true calling in life...  Like a fish takes to water! During the next 7 years playing with Rosedale, ET would hone and sharpen his skillset on the drums so much so, that he was developing into quite the showman. People were beginning to take notice and keeping him on their radar. 2 EPs and a full-length album later combined with touring locally and the USA helped mold and instill his never-ending passion for all things music. This band experience often brought "highs and lows", ultimately taking some band members in different directions. He adapted quickly and developed a thick skin along the way and soon afterwards, ET started to receive various offers from other bands and ventures. It was at this point he decided to venture into new territory. He started performing with some local DJs in the Hip-Hop/EDM scene at some of Toronto's premier nightclubs earning rave reviews and establishing himself as a marquee entertainer! Building upon this foundation and musical direction, ET made the painstaking decision to finally leave Rosedale and pursue his music career as a solo artist. These last 2 years have seen a whirlwind of activity commuting between Toronto and Los Angeles collaborating with established music artists such as "JABBAWOCKEEZ", "SKYLAR GREY", "RIFF RAFF", "KO", "JILLEA", "SHAN VINCENT De PAUL", "CAMM HUNTER" and "OMAR LINX" on the stage and the studio. During 2014, ET ventured into the DJ realm creating his own unique multi-genre mixes and hasn't looked back since. He's consistently accumulating some of the industrie's major contacts. Currently, he also maintains a close affiliation with 17 Hertz Studio which is a 10,000 sq. ft. "state of the art" production and recording facility in the North Hollywood Arts District. Bolstered by his hectic schedule, he plans to use all of his experience, dedication and innovation to become a club culture icon and world-renowned drummer.
