Bio

This channel reflects the dual sides of my mind. On the left side dirtier racier and harder of my music and on the right side the chillout section. The two sides are constantly at vying with each other and this is reflected in my music output. The inspiration comes from a range of artists in the trance/psytrance fields. However my music is a bit different in that I dont try to comply to norms in these genres. I created a new sub genre - dirty Psy which is for my style of music (nothing to do with sex!)

I started playing with synths when I was 13 - a long time ago and played in a few bands in my teens. Arguably I was one of the first to play trance in the late70s using a home built sequencer but nobody heard me!
Then I died and got corporate. Recently I rediscovered my musical desires and started playing again.

I know my music can be improved a lot. The arrangements need to be better, I need to break it up more, the riffs arent always adhered to and sometimes it is just plain crap. But my excuse is that I am trying to get the hang of the equipment. All my stuff is created with outboard synths. It is all original I have not mixed in any other artists work (I have been inspired by quite a few). I make about 20-40 productions a week and very few get through to this channel. Its a bit Darwinian.

Because it is very variable in nature I have started creating new channels. Youtube channel EtherealWorlds for example will be my channel for outer world Psybient music such as my early Euphoria pieces. I have another channel called I have another Youtube channel called AndPzy for Psy focussed sounds. This channel will remain my Andy Znnib's mixed up world of music.

I'd like to thank my friends and subscribers and everyone else for having the patience to listen to my stuff and occasionally putting some kind comments. I am always willing to take on board comments.
Influences: Shpongle, Infected Mushroom, Echotek, Filteria, Astral Projection, Alvanti, Astrix, Cosmosis, Protoculture, Talamasca and then yes the other lot: Aly and Fila, Oceania, Dan Stone, Nickey, Alan Marcero, Eteson Tiesto, Andy Blumen, Will Holland are there too - bless them all.
