Bio
Euromart was formed in the late fall of 2004 with the goal of competing at the legendary Cain's Ballroom in a statewide battle of the bands. After submitting a homemade two song demo, the band was selected as one of the seven bands to compete out of 50 that entered. Euromart debuted at the Cain's, performing to a sold out crowd of around 2,000. As a result of the buzz surrounding the show and a solid live performance, Euromart gained a good deal of exposure and a growing local following.
What had started as a single show project was gaining momentum. By the summer of 2005, Euromart was opening for premier regional acts such as Steven Speaks, The Hero Factor, and Jackson Waters, consistently bringing a larger crowd than the headlining bands. After recording an EP in a mere 18 hours with engineer/producer Dave Victorine, Euromart sold the entire initial run of the EP (250 discs) in just two shows. To close out their summer before heading to college, Euromart performed a farewell show to well over 1,000 fans at Tulsa's newest outdoor venue, The Riverwalk Crossing.
Currently Euromart continues to play out while crafting new songs and melodies despite being away at college.
