The music began as many bedroom songwriting sessions go, but expanded into much larger pictures of sound, built on a lot of lyric wrangling to get the right word-sounds and imagery, and a recording/production method of recording bits of each song over a couple of years, leaving the sounds very honest and open.
As Dustin spends most of his time playing drums live and in the studio for various songwriters and bands, he gathered these heart-borne songs to share.
The ability to blend energy and one-man-band showmanship with simple songwriter intimacy and indie lack of pretense is one of the unique things about EA.
