If Morrissey, Bono, and Michael Hutchence had a late-night recording session inSpringsteen's basement, they might have birthed Even Thieves. Equal parts New Wave and rock 'n' roll, Even Thieves' upbeat melodies aren't easily pegged. The Chicago-based six-piece have their cherished influences, but still craft a lush, singular sound, producing the soundtrack to lost days and stolen nights
