Bio

Breaching the confines of the midwest rock norm, Everetts soaring soundscapes offer listeners an alternative to the mundane musical experiences that are all too typical today. Melodic vocals blended with passionate guitars and piano are meticulously layered over a pulsing rhythm section to create Everetts infectious sound.
Hailing from Canton, Ohio, Everett is comprised of Bryan Fouse (vocals, guitars, and piano), Elias Mullane (bass guitar), Charles Ring (drums and percussion), and Ron Robinson Jr. (vocals, guitars, and piano). Formed in 2003, Everett, has continued to write, record, and perform in the Northeast Ohio area. They have had the opportunity to play with many wonderful musical acts such as Copeland, Koufax, Anathello, Saxon Shore, Bleach, Zilch, Cool Hand Luke, Every Day Sunday, The Beautiful Mistake, Liars Academy, Anadevine, This is Exploding, The Lonely Hearts, Blush, The Winston Jazz Routine, Benjamin Payne, Monarch, The Jim Gilmore band, Son, Ambulance, Bel Auburn, Old Canes, Chin Up Chin Up, Troubled Hubble, Name Taken, and more.
Everetts first recording, the Variations for Strings EP, was received with much enthusiasm and support. The band is currently in the studio working on a full length follow up to their 2003 EP. A preview CD of the upcoming release is available at Everetts shows (contains three new unmastered tracks, "willows", "translation", and "tolls"). These songs can also be heard on purevolume.com/everett.
It is the bands goal to write innovative, insightful, and inspirational music for listeners who desire to be moved by something deeper and more powerful than the shallow, hopeless, and anger driven rock anthems polluting the airwaves today. In a time where the beauty of the world and its inhabitants is overshadowed by violence and greed we need art and music that reminds us that there is hope and purpose in life. Everett hopes to rekindle an awareness of this beauty and to inspire good feelings through songs that listeners can relate to and derive hope from.
