EveryThing Fresh

What started out as a one time collaboration became an electrifying musical partnership which earned the title, EveryThing Fresh. Both members bring a unique aspect which highlights individual talents with the chemistry to take the music industry to new heights. While predominantly RnB and Pop, dabbling in various genres adds an edge to their already exclusive sound! Skillz first discovered his love for music in the church choir as a child. As he got older poetry became second nature and it made sense to put it to rhythm and rap. Songwriting became a work in progress and he began releasing songs and covers online. Once in college he realized the lyrical talent hidden within a former classmate now friend, LJay. LJay aka LJayBeats was introduced to music through family members involved in the industry. On his own he began to produce beats and rap verses to them, worthy enough to get him a spot on the BET Black College Tour Rap Battle. Skillz and LJay began working together, spending many long nights in the studio just to attend class after and return back to the studio to pick up where they left off. After consistently exhibiting natural chemistry they decided to form a group, thus, EveryThing Fresh. EveryThing Fresh embodies the attitude of the youth, to have fun, live life and follow your dreams while never abandoning your personal swag.
