Everett Thomas (who shortened the name to perform as EV) is a 22 year old independent artist born and raised in Memphis, TN. EV started rapping at age 13 for fun with his classmates in school. With receiving positive acclaim amongst his peers, he took rapping seriously and sought to perfect his craft. Two years later at 15 years old he purchased his own microphone and software to start making his own music . Making his very first song on SoundCloud titled "whatyouknowboutdis" . Some of EV's bigger influences are Old and New Southern rap artists such as Outkast, 3 6 Mafia, Big K.R.I.T. and Isaiah Rashad.
