We are excited to state that we have recently finished creating our first demo, which we recorded ourselves in the basement that we practice in. The entire Exhale Demo was engineered, recorded, mixed, and mastered by Exhale Guitarist, Jeremy Lee. It took a lot of blanket hanging, but we are very pleased with the turnout of our 8-track demo. This past November of 2006, our song 'Now or Never' won us the Unsigned Band Competition, along with a sponsorship to Samson Audio. For more details on our success, visit; www.unsigned.ihigh.com

Bio
Exhale is a hard rock/prog/metal band. We could most definitely list more genres that our music is a part of. We'll occasionally jump into a more grungy feel, along with a 70's and/or 80's hard rock/metal type of sound. Our performance is extremely high-energy; much like how a metal band would be.
Exhale lead guitarist, Jeremy (the miser) Lee, gives us our Pink Floyd influence with his soothing, eerie, yet grooving' guitar solos. Miser also brings insanely intricate 'metal style' solos to the table, while managing to never over-play while writing his leads. Not to mention Jeremy's guitars' phenomenal tone and presence. It screams off the stage!
On drums, we have singer/songwriter Ken Billingsley. Kenny is complimented by almost every drummer that has had the opportunity to see him play. Ken is a musician first, and is a huge part in regards to Exhales song writing. This truly shows in his drum parts. Kenny knows exactly what to do to keep everyones head moving, while adding uniqueness and finesse to every Exhale song. Plus, he also contributes his amazing voice and still manages to never misses a beat!
Holding down Exhales rhythm guitar parts, and singing lead vocals is Corey McLane, while also bringing his demon raising, blood curdling screams to help with the dynamic aspects of Exhales vocals. Corey is also one of Exhales songwriters, and is the primary lyricist in the band.
Every member of Exhale contributes in his own way, and our band could not operate properly without having all of us do our thing. Music is life to each of us, and not in the cliche way. We live and breathe it, and this is our career.-rise or fall, and we're in it together.
