Extreme Heat 101 (or EH101) began in the year 2009, at Corey O'Connor's (Vocals/Rythm Guitarist) birthday party, when Corey, Toby Thibodeau (Lead Guitarist) and Cameron Durling (Drummer) came up with the idea. Shortly later, Mackenzie Toner (Bass Guitarist) joined in on the band. So far, the band didn't make any new songs and haven't took much lessons, but Extreme Heat 101 will be a rock band you'll never forget.
