d'Alaires is an American music producer, composer/songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, sound engineer & designer specializing in genre-bending. They have opened the doors to their sound first with the exposition of their eclecticism through a rapidly composed & engineered album trilogy, ACID CONSERVATORY. The release of this library begins with the newly live demo, 'American Fallacy'. Ezra had no knowledge of music production before this. They produced half of it in a closet and the other half in a semi-soundproofed mediation tent that they built in an attempt to work continuously without sunlight — as it tended to affect their desire to write. They subsequently entered a period of hyper-focus, wherein they passed a great many days refusing to eat or leave their newly created studio. This led them to the title & alter-ego of Prince Nihilhibiscus / the dark prince of nothingness. “Fallacy” is at its core a misanthropic poetry session giving way to hopeful visions of the future. Crafted alongside the music that is to follow, it is all the cinematic mirror of an epiphanic awakening & the early synthesis of a musical galaxy.
