Bio

Face The King is an independent alternative hard rock band based out of New York that has redefined the local rock scene with their arena size sound, both live and on record. In the five years that Face The King has been together, they have compiled a list of support from sponsors DBZ Guitars, Ernie Ball, Crush Drums, VOX, Blackstar, Aguilar, Korg, Lag Guitars, Spector, Pigtronix, Behringer, SIT Strings, Source Audio, In Tune Guitar Picks, and Visual Sound. These high-powered sponsors have so far aided Face The King tremendously throughout their career, including yearly trips and performances at the NAMM Convention in Anaheim, California.

Face The King is Eric Zirlinger (vocals, guitar, keyboards), Dan DelVecchio (lead guitar, keyboards, backup vocals), Joey Dammacco (bass, synth, backup vocals), and Randy Palumbo (drums, percussion). The four piece has received critical praise and glowing reviews in print, on the web, and local/out of state radio. In 2013 they were pronounced the "Best Band of Long Island," by the Long Island Press, and with the help of their continuously growing loyal fan base they were able to continue gaining vast momentum. They are Three-Time Winners of the Ernie Ball Battle of The Bands - chosen as 1 of 4 national finalists out of 20,000 competitors. They have made appearances at the Rockstar UPROAR Festival, Vans Warped Tour (2012-2014), the 2014 CBGB Festival main stage in Times Square, NY, and most recently the world's largest music festival: Summerfest 2015 in Milwaukee - where they performed for an estimated 15,000 people. They have shared the stage with the likes of some of the biggest names in music, including: The Rolling Stones, Stevie Wonder, Ed Sheeran, Kings of Leon, Linkin Park, Coheed and Cambria, The Zac Brown Band, Jane's Addiction, Billy Idol, Echosmith, Of Mice And Men, New Found Glory, Shinedown, Staind, Godsmack, and countless others.

With their very first full length album coming over the horizon with platinum producer Rob Freeman (Gym Class Heroes), Face The King is touring the country and are readying themselves for a major release. Believing that the live show is an experience that is shared between the band and the audience, Face The King is earning a reputation as a band you need to experience live. Face The King is not waiting for a label to hand them a deal – they are earning it the way it was meant to be earned: by hitting the road and making new fans.
