Factory Class

Guitarist, Mike Miyoshi and drummer, Max Crowder we're leaving their high school band to attend college in Columbus during the fall of 2014. However, they wanted to continue playing music so they went in searching for some new rad faces to jam with. Within a month, Michael found frontman, Miles Meckling and Max found bassist, Jack Crowley. With similar influences in music they began practicing acoustically since there was no where to play electrically in the dorms. With the help of a friendly Ohio State surgeon, they we're able to begin playing together. After a joke, the name Factory Class stuck with them as they began writing new music and playing shows at various venues in Columbus and Cleveland. Wanting to get the name out there they chose three of their songs and began the recording process. After running into many complications, they decided to take matters into their own hands. Max taught himself how to record the band and by the end of the school year Factory Class released a quick three song EP, self-produced by Miles and Max. The band continues to write and play shows across Ohio.
