Conceived from a weekly DJ residency, FADERKEY was formed in 2010 by Stereo 77 & J Collazo out of a desire to further explore and create a unique live electronica / DJ experience. On the fly remixing, and sampling with layers of live synthesizers, manipulated and rewired via effect pedals, influenced by the 'Descarga' traditions of Puerto Rico & Cuba, the atmospheric elements of 'Shoegaze Rock', and a mutual love and respect for the late 90's 'Big Beat' movement ... This is the FADERKEY sound.
