Faire Enough

The music of Faire Enough spans the ages and genres to include the traditional music of Ireland and Scotland. Their dancing includes Irish hard shoe, Welsh and Appalachian clogging, Modern and Ballet and Middle Eastern Dancing.

Faire Enough was created one evening in 2002 at a Friendly's restaurant in Lancaster following the Pennsylvania Renaissance Faire's "Blast From The Past". It was there in the parking lot that Deryn and Doug spoke about getting together during the Faire season to play some traditional Irish music around and about the shire. Meanwhile,Jackie, also a member of the Faire cast, needed to put together an Irish dancing show for the PRF's Celtic Fling. Together with Deryn, Doug and bagpiper, Anna they formed a wee band called Whate're, Elizabethan for 'whatever'. During this season at the PRF they rebelliously took over the stages around the shire to play their tunes. They developed a follwing as their act became more musically diverse and their no worries attitude warmed the hearts of Faire goers.
