"Single of Week"

'As much as I think I should be punched in the face for being the ten millionth person to say "Ho ho, *scratches head in disbelief* what do they put in the water over there? *laughs weakly* *exhales*" about Perth artists, Faith in Plastics' Hate to Say is really a delightful piece of pop alchemy; that the rest of this six-track EP is just as gorgeous only seals the deal.'
- Clem Bastow - Inpress 12/06/06 (Melb.)

"Faith in Plastics - The Arctic Market"

'Perth has a real knack for inspiring jangly pop bands, and this one is bustin' the glass on the jangly-meter. Hopping from Neutral Milk Hotel-esque bop-bop (Hate to Say It) to the almost Beatles / Oasis-sounding Fluoro Light Concerto within the first 10 minutes, The Arctic Market is a record not afraid to show a bit of diversity...'
- Mike Wafer - Xpress 13/07/06

"Live Review - 'Tidings of Comfort'"

'Faith in Plastics stepped up to the stage and projected their upbeat melodic rock through the room. Their opening song was reminiscent of one of the louder songs off Radiohead's The Bends Album, complete with screaming guitar. The band stepped back a notch on the rock-o-meter for the rest of the set but continued with the optimistic rock textures in an Augie March stye. Then, like that, they were gone...'
- Jason Kenny - Xpress 26/10/06

"Live Review - 'Qstik Showcase'"

'... Faith in Plastics also played an enjoyable set. This band has well and truly perfected the art of writing catchy pop tunes to the point that some are recognisable even after months of this reviewer not having heard them. After overcoming the starting hurdles, Faith in Plastics settled into an upbeat string of songs, during which it was very obvious the band was having fun. This enthusiasm was embraced by the crowd, who were more than happy to dance and sing along - especially to the band’s latest single Hate To Say It.'
- Pia Faletti - Xpress 25/10/06
