Faith Of Job

Bio:

Deep from the heart of Southern Indiana, comes the band Faith of Job. The band is comprised of Two Brothers, Robert Stutsman and Jody Stutsman, and a cousin to Robert and Jody, Phillip Faulkner. All three of Faith of Job's members, are deeply rooted in the Christian Faith thankfully due to their upbringing in a small church founded by their Grandfather and Uncle in 1954 in Huntingburg, Indiana. Traditional Gospel Hymns played a integral part of their early musical influence. All three of the bands members come from musical families. Robert and Jody's parents still provide music at worship services at their local church, and Phillip had an early music history with Robert in the 1990's. The band began a one song recording endeavor in 2007, just to see what their chemistry might produce. The results were very favorable.In the early months of 2008, they made a commitment to form what is now Faith of Job. In July of that same year, they released their debut self titled album Faith of Job. The album quickly became a montage of their musical influences, housing sounds that reflect a blend of country, folk, rock, and gospel.Faith of Job's music splashed the local radio airwaves shortly after the albums release. The band and listeners immediately took note of the unique nature of their music, and were unable to isolate it to one particular musical genre. Vowing to be the "Hands and Feet" of their Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, Faith of Job continues to spread the message of salvation to a seemingly dying world through their music. In July of 2009, the band released a second CD entitled "Inside Out". It was after the release of this CD, that Faith of Job was invited to open for Justin Lookadoo and Formerly Blind whose EP This Human Way, was produced by Rock Mastermind Alan Salmon, (Producer for Sanctus Real and many other Contemporary Christian Artists.) The Band continues their endeavor to spread the positive message of Jesus Christ to others through their music. It is promoting the positive message of Christ that reflects the very truth and heart of Faith of Job.
