Falling Fast

Our band came together with each member carrying not only a strong background in thier instrument, but also a passion for making music. Carol has been a vocalist for near her entire life, and has been composing music with her husband Brian for over four years. Brian is a veteran of the Chicago music scene as a drummer and has switched to bass for this new project. Brian and Carol are strongly influenced by the early punk rock of the Misfits, Sex Pistols, and Black Flag along with the more melodious groups such as the Lemonheads and Nerf Herder. Nick has been playing drums for several years and began his music career in his successful metal band NMBR6. They produced an independent album and played shows throughout the area with national acts such as ADD. Nick is influenced by bands such as Killswitch Engage and Chimaira. Nigel began playing guitar from an early age and played in the pop-punk band Defining Moment for four years. Defining Moment put out two albums and played with bands such as Show-Off and Short-Arm Trick. Nigel is influenced by Alkaline Trio and Bad Religion as well as Wilco and Eliott Smith. Our band came together in July of 2004 and quickly put together a unique original set that clearly defines the style and talet of every member.
