Falter Ego are a three piece band from Clondalkin who play heavy rock/metal music depending on your point of view. The band consists of Ian on lead vocals and guitar, James on bass and Peter on drums and backing vocals. Falter Ego formed nearly four years ago and have been gigging around Dublin for over a three and a half years now. The bands influences are diverse and many. They include some of the following: Biffy Clyro, Jimmy Eat World, Rage Against the Machine, Funeral for a Friend, System of a Down, Soundgarden, Pearl Jam, Metallica, Nirvana, Incubus, Audioslave, Idelwild, The Melvins, Smashing Pumpkins, Tool, Arch Enemy, Perfect Circle, Queens of the Stone Age, Temple of the Dog and Mastodon.
