Farewell Dreamer

We're a band called Farewell Dreamer from Boston, Massachusetts. Our goal is to create original, heavy hitting, and satisfying music for listeners all over the heavy-music spectrum and beyond. We've been a band for just over a year, however, in this year, we have managed to create quite the local and national buzz. We recorded our first demo in February 2010, released it 10 days later, and in the first week of March, we had picked up the interest of Matt Wentworth of Our Last Night (Epitaph), who messaged us about recording an ep, for no charge, at his studio. Gladly accepting this generous offer, we spent almost the entirety of March and April recording. As soon as we got our tracks back, we filmed a music video with friend and film student Justyn Moro for our first single, "Open Your Eyes" which will be listed in a link below. This video blew up quickly and became somewhat of an internet sensation, accumulating a growing 200,000+ views in a little over a year. After our recording process and this music video, we continued to play many shows all over the place, accumulating a huge following. Single-handedly booking tours and picking up endorsements from TRX Cymbals, SJC Custom Drums, Dunlop Strings, and various local, national, and international clothing companies, we are noted as a force to be reckoned with in the New England Metal and Hardcore scene.
