VIDEOS
In January 2005 videographer ROB NAKAI, (in association with MEDIA IKONZ) released an independantly produced documentary on Fast Heart Mart entitled "ARRHYTHMIA". This creatively edited DVD contains rare footage, interviews and photos spanning the first five years.
In April, 2006, Fast Heart Mart released a music video for the song "HATE JOB" with director ARJAN MCNAMARA. This video can be found on "An Orange Album" as an MP4.
In October 2006, animator ASH WEDNESDAY released a super fun video for the song "GOD DOG". This video will be included on future editions of "An Orange Album".

Bio
Born MARTIN BRYCE STAMPER in 1977, (with a congenital heart defect) "Fast Heart" Martin was given his nick name by a fellow hiker of The Appalachian Trail. Although Martin has died numerous times, he now wears an internal pacemaker/defibrillator which shocks his heart back to life when necessary!
Fast Heart Mart's lyrics focus mainly on three themes: Dropping-out of Society; The Splendor of the Southwestern United States... and Insects!
He sites musical influences as diverse as DOC WATSON, THE DOORS, RAMBLIN' JACK ELLIOT, VIOLENT FEMMES, NIRVANA, BILL MONROE and BECK.
Fast Heart Mart is popular, both as a headliner and as an opener for national acts like: " THE HANDSOME FAMILY", "CALEXICO", "MARSHALL CRENSHAW", and others.
Fast Heart Mart was twice featured in the locally prestigious "NEW MEXICO MUSIC SHOWCASE." He has had songs selected for the HBO Original movie "The Grass Is Green" and Leslee Woolfman's independant production , "Karma Chameleon".
Fast Heart Mart tours 7 months out of the year throughout the Southwest and East Coast of the United States, and also tours New Zealand -where he holds dual citizenship.
