FATE IS AGAINST US is a breath of fresh air to the alternative music scene. Using constant progressions and elaborate harmonies, each song contains unique features that draw listeners in with the first note. All songs are written with deep expression the shines though in every melody and lyric.

Biography

Meeting at Manhattan College in the Bronx, Zack Price and Pete Bechhoff have been working together since September on 2008, first in the progressive band Aerial Overdrive, and now are exploring a new direction in modern music. In November of 2009, Shea Graham was added on keyboard with the intention of opening new doors for the band and FATE IS AGAINST US was born.

Zack Price began writing songs and lyrics when he was 14, the same age he began playing guitar. Influenced by bands such as Nirvana, The Spill Canvas, Senses Fail, Brand New, and Coheed and Cambria, these songs create a mix between the simplicity and intensity of grunge and the catchy-harmonies involved in the current scene. Now, able to play guitar, bass, drums, and sing, Zack has continued to create dazzlingly dark melodies and write deep, thought-provoking lyrics.

Pete Bechhoff has been playing drums and guitar for over 10 years, and writing lyrics since the formation of the band. Inspired by great drummers such as Travis Barker, Neil Peart, and Buddy Rich, Pete has an incredibly versatile playing style which is completely unique to the fast-approaching new scene.

Shea Graham is the latest additional to the band. With a background in soft rock and R&B, Shea has added the defining feature to this musical act. Playing piano and keyboard since he was 8, he has a wide variety of influences ranging from Mozart and Bach to Something Corporate and Mayday Parade. Also a song-writer, Shea has been the
