It all Began In 1989 when 4 young men from Miami, "Dave Johnson, Edward Faison, Wayne Morrison and Princeton Chery", met 1 young man from Louisville Ky,"Robert Wright" at a talent show and decided to sing together, after becoming a group, they decided to name themselves Force Five, after one of the groups they idolized Force Md's, they sang in talent shows and all across florida growing a huge fan base, soon after they signed with independent record company Cyntone Records, who quickly put them in the studio where they recorded their first album "Faze 1" which had their smash hit, "Cold Sweat" written by group member "Robert Wright", that album caught fire and captured the attention of Rca Records president Miller London, who then signed the group in 92' and put them back in the studio to re record their album and renamed it "Love Games" the rest is history! The success of "Cold Sweat" and the Characters produced, "That's What I'm Here For" made them one of the premier groups of the 90's! After the relationship with Rca Records ended group members Dave Johnson, and Princeton Chery, left to pursue other things, and founding members, Edward, Wayne and Robert added longtime friend George Mckenzie, and signed with Urban Sterling, and recorded their second album, "Love Affairs" and released the Single "Keep it Goin" but was met with little success, The unused recordings from Love Affairs were used for a demo recording for a third album "Cold Sweat Again" which was leaked and never released, The group then took a break, and group member Robert Wright began to write and produce for many artist in the industry, after having alot of success writng and producing for alot of artist, Wright really missed singing and recording so after talking to his good friend and writing partner, Steve "Static Major" Garrett, and long time friend and associate, Micheal Sterling, Wright contacted founding members, Faison and Morrison and was once again in the studio recording their latest album, "Unfinished Business" To all of our fans who supported us all these years this album is for you!
