FELLA - A four-piece indie/rock/pop band from Slough. The band describes their music as “exciting, catchy and impossible to stand still to”.

Biography

FELLA formed in June 2011 and have already made their mark in the local music scene with regular gigs in London and surrounding counties, and air play on BBC INTRODUCING. The band also entered a Camden based competition called ‘The Showdown’ which they beat 15 other bands to claim first prize in November/December. The boys, all in their 20s, spent a lot of time coming up with their quirky band name. Peter, 26, said: “We wanted a name that stood out and said something about the type of lads we are. We define Fella as a lad's lad who loves a bit of banter and that's something we all have in common". The band has also become renowned for its loyal and loud crowd following who always seem to be in good spirits at gigs. Their musical influences come from punk and rock artists like the Jam, the Clash, the Rifles and Jack Penate.
