The Band:
The Fell Boyzs are an original band specializing in the jazz, funk, fusion, rock and pop music genres.
Headquartered in Southeastern Wisconsin, they are a WAMI (Wisconsin Area Music Industry) Award Winning act. Receiving an unprecedented six WAMI nominations, the Fell Boyzs went on to capture the coveted award for “Best Contemporary Jazz Group” in 2006. The group has toured nationally several times and now in 2010, are beginning to receive some international recognition through a recent flurry of airplay of their songs on several European and Australian jazz radio stations. These songs have generated very favorable reviews in the U.S. and abroad by both listeners and radio station personnel alike.
The music of the Fell Boyzs is very different and unique. The group plays mostly original compositions written by Fell Boyzs members, but have recently added a number of well-known pop cover songs. Their signature sound blends the traditional Jazz freeform styling with the great driving rhythms of Rock ‘n Roll that everybody knows and loves. While there are two distinctly different, seldom combined, genres of music at work here, this group does it all – and does it well! Even their most commercial pop songs all carry a unique flavoring that is fresh, new and original.

The Fell Boyzs have produced three CD/album recordings of their original material including “Concrete Dog Bicycle”, an EP entitled “Five and a Bit” and Live Sound, Live Music, Live Life.
The Personnel:
The Fell Boyzs is a band that started out consisting solely of family members all with the last name “Fell.” A father, two sons and a brother were the makeup of this band for many years. The Fell Boyzs band members include:

• Zach Fell - Saxophones and other Woodwinds
