""Rockin' the Bands: Fenn.""

"We practice in my basement all the time hoping to write the next big hit or at least a unique song. Maybe in the future all this hard work will pay off." - Brett Little
The Members: Michael Fournier (lead vocals), Brett Little (bass), LeWis LaMadline (guitar), and 2003 Shores graduate Jeff Rose (vocals and guitar)
The Sound: Fenn. is a band with an almost perfect mix of deep screaming and heartfelt singing. With catchy beats and meritorious lyrics, this band is one step above most other hardcore bands. Their songs will leave you feeling pumped up and ready to party.
The Style: As soon as Fenn. come on stage for one of their shows, the adrenaline rush that is going through the crowd is almost palpable. The band has an insane amount of energy, and with Fournier constantly swinging his mike and moving around the stage, it is not difficult to get a clear picture of the band in action.
The Starting: All members of Fenn. were first in other bands, but after having trouble, they all parted from those groups and found another one, eventually creating Fenn. Recently, drummer Nick Bunda parted ways with the band, but the remaining members are bravely sticking together and will continue to search for a drummer that could possibly fill Bunda's place.
The Merchandise: Fenn. recorded a demo a few weeks ago, and you can get this from any of the band members. Fenn. shirts, buttons, and patches are also available" - The Sailors Log

Bio

The crowd is screaming along as 5 young men are pouring there hearts out to a group of people that they have never even met. Fenn. is something about to break the surface in what has become a very generic scene full of dyed hair and eyeliner. Blending heart wrenching screams with melodic vocal melodies, Fenn. has brought something new to the table. Their style is indescribable and there lyrics are somewhat baffling.
Formed in the fall of 2003, these 5 average guys began their career in the small beach town of Muskegon, MI. After playing locally for about a year, the band embarked on what became their first self-released EP entitled, “Victory Has Never Been A Friend Of Mine”. This EP blended the bands metal influences as well as their indie side. After selling 200 EP’s locally, the boys gained some attention from a local label called Aseltine Records.
They signed to Aseltine in February of 2005 and entered the studio to demo 3 songs to be released on their upcoming full-length. These songs were released via internet and caught on much faster than the band could have expected. The stand out song being, “Texa$”, is one that you will find every person in the crowd singing along too. Little did the guys know that they were about to embark on what would become a full-time job.
After parting ways with Aseltine in the winter of 2006, the band re-grouped and decided to hit the Midwest with an onslaught of tour dates. At this point, all plans for their full-length had changed. They now decided to enter Pendlwood Studios in January of 2006 to record the “Safe Saying This EP”. Now that the band is back to their roots, they must fight like every other hopeful band trying to make it to the top.
After touring the state of Michigan for a solid 6 months, the band decided it was time to get serious, so they set their sights on what every band dreams of, going full-time. They are planning on touring solid all summer long and hopefully forever after that. With a few week long tours under their belt, they are well equipped to hit the road and take it by storm.
Fenn. is a band to keep your eye on. Look out for their EP entitled, “Safe Saying This”, to hit the airwaves in Early 2006.
