Bio
Fertile Ground was established about 3 years ago with three females. Many challenges have been met along the way. We purchased great Mackie gear and began reading up on how to work it. We bought powered everything so we wouldn't have to deal with pre-amps. The band practiced almost every weekend and any spare moment in between. Two of the members began writing songs and putting them to music. We just recently completed the first album release entitled "If Not Now". The project was enormous and took over a year to complete with countless hours spent in the studio. The CD is a direct result of the hard work and dedications of its members. When we play live, fans compare us to the likeness of the sounds of "Stevie Nicks", "Fleetwood Mac", "Heart", and "Bonnie Raitt". We are currently working on our next CD project which is scheduled for completion in 2005.
