Steven Parks, better known to his fans and the music industry as Fetti Vegas, and formally known as Money P of Clik-47, is an American Hip Hop/ Rap recording artist, writer, aspiring actor, & (CEO) of Slicka~Fly Recordz as well as Slicka~Fly Publishing. Fetti has recorded 3 studio albums in the group element, one of which, (Clik-47 "Fully Loaded" ) was nationally distributed in 2000 by Power Records/ Cold Cash Ent. of Duluth GA. Known then as "Money P", Fetti's single, "Bounce Hoes" was an underground hit single. The song was soon followed by a video, which was also an underground success, and received airplay on several local tv stations across the nation. The video later went viral and is available for viewing on sites such as YouTube. The other two albums, Clik-47 "Straight From The C.O.E (City of Elkhart), and MoShine Records Presents, MoShine Family, Family Business, were released prior to "Fully Loaded" & sold a substantial amount locally, but remained on the underground circut.
Fetti's 4th studio album, and solo debut, "Back by Popular Demand....I AM!!", has been recorded, and is currently being mixed and mastered by Grammy Award winning engineer, Mike Kolar (CEO) of Sound Scape Studio Chicago. Fetti decided the fans had waited long enough for his return to the game, and furthermore was convinced that hip-hop/rap was suffering from the "here today, gone tommorrow" popcorn MC's, so he decided to release four singles from the upcoming album, which he feels demonstarte his irrefutable versatility, and logevity in the music industry. "Champion", "Classic", "Slicka Fly", and "Lay Em Down", all of which are available for digital purchase, at iTunes, Amazon Mp3, Zune, Rhapsody, and MySpace Music. All four singles are also available for free streaming at iTunes, Jango.com/Fetti+Vegas, SlickaFlyRecordz.com, and YouTube.com/FettiVegas. Fetti has also completed recording 2 mixtapes, "Major Fetti" which is a collaborative Mixtape with his nephew/artist "Major." "Back by Popular Demand....I AM!!", as his debut solo album is justifiably entitled, comes Fetti Vegas of Slicka~Fly Recordz! Vanishing from the public eye for some time now, Fetti has resurfaced with, "an arsenal of nothing but singles", he explains. The Midwest rap pioneer is stepping out of the shadows, to stake his claim in hip hop, and with the Oct. 2011 world wide digital release of his first 3 "chart worthy" singles, he is undoubtedly equipped for his reign!
In 1999, Fetti, formally known as "Money P", & his group signed their 1st national distribution deal with the well known C.E.O, Leroy McMath, and Power Records of GA. Fetti spent nearly a decade traveling the nation, opening for headline artists such as, Bun B, 8Ball & MJG, Juvenille, Ginuwine, Twista, & Too Short, just to name a few. The group sold thousands, and thousands of records, and Fetti was quickly recognized as their front man, by setting studio booths ablaze with his "propane" flow, and leaving audiences of all ages in awestruck from his electrifying stage presence. In the coming years, Fetti began to separate himself from the group, to prepare his solo career, by focusing on the business aspect of the industry.
Despite Slicka~Fly's youth, Fetti has already completed an entire solo project, engineered by Grammy Award Winning Mike Kolar, (Sound Scape Studio), & released 3 singles, "Lay Em Down", "Slicka~Fly", & "Classic", now available @ several of the industries most dominant digital distributors, like iTunes & AmazonMp3. Near daily, Fetti & Slicka~Fly emerge on a new site, continuing their quickly generated, much deserved Internet buzz. So, with his profusely energetic, crowd thrilling stage performance, irrefutable lyricism, superb delivery, full circle versatility, hood credentials, & a debonair disposition among the ladies, it's no wonder why Fetti vegas is paramount amongst other MC's, or why his motto remains, "If I Ain't Snappin, I'll Stop Rappin!"
