Feverdog is a four-piece rock band based out of Birmingham, Alabama. The band performs songs in the classic rock to modern rock genre. Their influences include, but are most definitely not limited to: Creedence Clearwater Revival, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Ozzy Osbourne, AC/DC, and Motley Crue. The four musicians who comprise Feverdog have forged talent, skill, and professionalism into a powerful stage presence. With foot stomping musical arrangements, and a high-energy delivery, Feverdog intends to firmly establish their foothold in the music business.
The band performs regularly in nightclubs and restaurants in the Birmingham, AL area and is also available for wedding receptions and private events. They have also begun to extend their travel destinations to include playing shows throughout the Southeast. After attending a recent performance, members of Birminghams networking and jam-night event The Vulgar Bulge announced that Feverdog was, Soon to be Birminghams new favorite band.
The band members have also achieved individual success in their past. James Reverend Tinybones White, the lead vocalist, has been singing professionally since 1994 as the front-man for the bands THAW, Soul Check, and Buzz Killjoy. Chris Scarface Rhodes has been a professional guitarist for 13 years. He is also a founding member, and current lead guitarist of the blues band Cold Brew, as well as a private guitar instructor. He has played lead guitar in numerous bands in his past, and has earned a reputation as a rock-solid live performer and recording session player. Chris was the lead guitarist for the alternative band 4th Stone, whose single, Hard Chance, achieved regional radio air play on 107.7 The X (Birmingham, AL) and 92 J (Jacksonville, AL). Terry Feather Fingers Bobo has paid his dues as a blues and rock bassist for 10 years, cutting his teeth and building his chops with the bands Jester, Southern Rain, and I-20. Steve Danger Truelove began playing drums at the age of 10, and at 19 was an intern percussionist with the Alabama Symphony Orchestra. Danger is also a member of the Nashville Songwriters Association International as an aspiring singer/songwriter.
The members of Feverdog have entertained at such venues as Redline Bar and Grill, The Birmingham Racecourse, The Nick, Dr. Feelgoodz, and Brothers Bar, among others, and have spent years perfecting their chosen craft. Delivering excitement with a chemistry born of musical excellence, these four artists and musicians create a carnival of sound intended to develop a devout local following and regional fan-base. For those who have been waiting, Feverdog has arrived.
