Bio
The four members of Fiction collided together only recently, three of them from SW London and the other residing in Brighton.
The first three - two of them brothers- have played together for years. They used to use a drum machine, but threw it in the Thames when it became arrogant and smug. They be called Mssrs Nick & Mike Barrett, and James Howard.
The new edition be called Chloe Duveux, previously of Elle Milano.
The four of them have drums, but don't have a drummer; it looks like this: OoO (see live to avoid confusion)
Musical cues for the band include Wire, Talking Heads, Animal Collective, Les Savy Fav, The Wolfgang Press, and so on ad infitum.
Fiction desperately want to make the 165th best album ever. They also know there is a record label of the same name, a rather good one, but they care not. They want gigs desperately.
Fiction are quite good, could be better, and will.
