Since the summer of 2008 the collective has been growing, experimenting, and exploring many facets of music with many different collaborators in an attempt become and remain a positive, yet driving force in the hip-hop community. FICTITIOUS has expanded from just The Elegant Eccentric (Dub-E) and Rixe, to include two more vocalists, Kay Nahm and Prophecy, Eric Peterson, a veteran percussionist (with three decades of kick-assness under his belt) as well as producer Rick Nobbins and the stalwart DJ, DJ Bookem.

FICTITIOUS has proven themselves to be a rock solid live show that can excite any crowd. They've opened for and shared bills with acts as big as Macklemore, MAD RAD, Champagne Champagne, Sole and The Skyrider Band, JFK (Grayskul), Onry Ozzborn (Grayskul/Dark Time Sunshine) , Khingz, Champagne Champagne, Prof, Open Mike Eagle and many other local acts.
