"Finding core has a truly fresh and unique sound, with layers of emotion. We have been extremely fortunate to feature their work in our national program "Old Autos Television" on the CHUM television network. "Well received by radio programmers and record labels alike!"

To Whom It May Concern,

Upon reviewing Finding Core’s demo songs “Fly” and “Silence” I’m convinced the band’s songs have great potential in the power rock format that is emerging in the United States. With the proper arrangement and production I feel confident that Finding Core’s forthcoming album will be well received by radio programmers and record labels alike.

Sincerely,

"Finding Core has got themselves off to a great start"

To whom it may concern,

I am a music producer / composer residing in Los Angeles, California. I have reviewed Finding Core's music and believe there is much artistic and commercial appeal. Putting together a group of musician's and keeping them together is quite a daunting task. Finding Core has got themselves off to a great start and hopefully with your help, will continue to make great music.

"Former Rock 95.1FM DJ Testimonial"

My name is Justin Oliphant, better known as Danger Boy- Afternoon/Drive host and morning show personality on 95.1-fm "The Rock" in Chatham/Windsor, Ontario , Canada . I am writing this letter on behalf of a group of talented individuals- Finding Core.

The station has been behind this band since 2002- when they first leapt onto the local music scene by entering into our "Band Spotlight" Contest. Although they displayed absolute professionalism throughout the contest, this band tends to let their music speak on their behalf. And speak, it most certainly did. They are a fine young talent and given the opportunity they deserve, could rise to be one of the most refreshing sounds this country has heard in quite some time.

On a more personal note, I've enjoyed several performances by Finding Core and the emotion they pour into their shows is evident. They literally feed off of the energy supplied by their crowds (which have been in the hundreds at each show I've attended). In my opinion, it would be silly not to allow these gentlemen pursue a career in something they thrive at. They've received endorsement deals and have opened for some very respectable names in the business of "new rock".

Finding Core are a group of talented professionals, dedicated to marketing the best product they possibly can at whatever the cost and quite frankly- I would go to bat for them any day of the week.

Sincerely,

Justin "Danger Boy" Oliphant - Justin "Danger Boy" Oliphant

"30 Seconds of Fame May Be Just Enough"

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

30 Seconds of Fame May Be Just Enough
Small Town Band Nears Their Dream

Finding Core is a Chatham Ontario based band and is nearing their lifetime dream of success, thanks to a high profile online band contest, The Great Canadian Band Challenge. My30seconds.com is putting up for grabs the ultimate prize of $25,000 in cash, a record deal and much more to one lucky band, out of over 1500 entrants.

Finding Core Manager, Sandra Lee, entered the band in this contest on our Nation’s birthday, July 1st.

While the band may have been a late entry, they are holding a very respected spot in the Top 30, one of which should surely see them move on to the final rounds.

The media has also been looking at Finding Core with respect, encouragement and support, having recently seen them featured on National Television 6 & 11 o’clock evening news. As well, Old Autos Television (syndicated on the CHUM Television Network) has featured Finding Core on its show regularly. Newspapers across Ontario have also shown support and it looks like further interest possibly outside of the province may be found.

Finding Core is closely tied to their community of approximately 40,000 people, and often gives back to it, via charitable performances and fund raisers. “Charities will always be a high priority with this group” says the band’s vocalist, Todd Lenover.

“Our community has been great” says guitarist Eric Broadbent, “I have never felt so much at home, and am proud to say I am from Chatham”.

If Finding Core wins this event, our community wins this event, it will be a win for all of us.

By simply going to www.findingcore.com/vote, all one has to do is, register, vote and add Finding Core’s video “In The Sun” to their favourite videos, and they are entered to win prizes from My30seconds.com, their affiliates, and an autographed guitar from Finding Core, provided by Dot On Shaft Guitars (www.dotonshaft.com). You are highly encouraged to Vote everyday, once per day, as rules allow. Your Vote will make a difference, and will surely help a small town band, facing geographic challenges, make their dream come true.

"Industry Testimonials"

As host of the Rock Indie Show Many bands have come through the studio over the years, and Finding Core has to be one of my favorite groups to not only listen too, but interview as well. Rarely does a band offer what Eric, J.Z. Albert, and Adam offer on a daily basis.

As Eric tells it, Finding Core is a family first and that speaks to how the band works day to day. I've had the pleasure to see the band first hand on a couple of occasions and it always surprises me to see how easy and effortless it appears on stage, when I know full well the level of professionalism that goes in to each show and everything else the band does.

That is all fine and good in itself, but what about the music? Finding Core is a rock band, and a very good one at that. Over the past 5+ years the music shows a real growth, be it the more melodic Shirley or the aptly named Freakin Out. Every track shows the same dedication and every song is on the album for a reason. If there is any justice in the Canadian music scene, and I'd like to think there is, Finding Core's Indie days are drawing to a close and soon enough, Indie bands will be opening for them.

I have been promoting shows within Chatham-Kent over the last 4 years at multiple venues, in which time I have repeatedly hired the services of Finding Core.

The band has been direct support for major touring acts often and has done an incredible job turning heads in the crowd and obtaining exceptional merch sales and recognition because of it.

I had also booked Finding Core at several festivals including Rockstock at the Chatham Airport alongside Finger Eleven, Trews, Sloan, Thornley etc.

Finding Core's over the top promoting skills, their kindness and professionalism is what would always keep me highly recommending them for any events in the future.

I assure you will not be disappointed. Feel free to contact me.

"Finding Core delivers exactly what they aim to produce, power rock with a unique sound. This is a high energy band that helps to bridge the span from the old time rocker to the energetic youth."

C. M. Tobin, Executive Director of Entertainment
Tecumseh Corn Festival 2008

---------------------------------------------

I have worked with many Indie bands from 2-3 hours around London such as Scratching Post, Monster Voodoo Machine, Kittie, the list just continues. As far back as 1997 when Indypalooza was first born, I"ve been searching for the greatest Indie bands, music and attitudes.

Over the past 8 months I have been working with over 30 Indie bands and the band "Finding Core" is by far one that stands out for me. I was able to contact them everytime I needed to for event planning issues.

They were very very easy going the whole time building to Indypalooza 2008 and the day of this event. They came early and had more then enough gear, they had the best attitudes and acted like pros the whole way.

Eric of Finding Core saved this years Indypalooza as stage 1 was shut down early due to weather and sound issues. He stepped up and used his own PA for 5 other bands.

I would work with Finding Core anytime and anywhere, I know they're the real deal.

If I had to sum the band Finding Core into 1 word the word would simply be "Amazing"
