Heavily influenced by Duke Ellington also Charlie Parker, Sidney Bechet, Charles Mingus, Bob Marley, Lee Perry, James Brown, Joe Tex, Otis Rush and Jimi Hendrix. Essentially the band plays Afro Caribbean R&B touching on Us/Uk Country/Rock.
A very unusual band with a lot of depth. Vocals dealing with prophecy, wisdom, love, loss, joy and pain, often reflecting on human condition.
The band have played in Rio, San Paulo, Hong Kong, LA, NYC, Paris, Lisbon, Porto, Lyon, Nantes, Amsterdam, Geneva, Bern, Zurich, Berlin, Hamburg, Munich and have toured up and down the UK a dozen times.
