Fire Born Bio

Fire Born is a collaboration of 3 seasoned veterans from a diverse background of musical styles. Their blend of hard rock and melodies has captured a large spectrum of listeners. With over the top harmonies and a musical tightness born from experience, they are able to pull off their blend of originals and covers in a way that keeps audiences enthralled from the start to finish. Top that off with an energetic stage presence that draws the audience to participate, and there you have it, the overall package that is known as Fire Born.

Each new show for Fire Born is marked by an increase in their ever-growing fan base. Old and new fans have traveled over an hour drive to show their support to the band. The fans constant remarks are that Fire Born’s tight 3 part harmonies; lively stage show and catchy originals are what sets them apart from other bands. Add to that a history of some freaky outfits and off the wall humor and you cant keep the fans from coming back to see what the band will do next.

On the drums, there is John Kline who has 20 years of experience playing in bands in the greater Harrisburg Area. Having played drums and been a lead singer in bands ranging in styles from punk to classic rock, to ska, to blues and to jazz,
It has given him a wide variety of experiences to pull from. His creative playing style and his gutsy background vocals are the driving force behind the Fire Born sound.

On guitar, there is Tim Watts who has 12 years of experience playing in bands in the greater Harrisburg Area. His guitar playing and lead singing in a variety of hard rock bands has always been highlighted by his high energy showmanship. Tims ability to go from heavy hard hitting riffs to his haunting melodic in both his guitar playing and his background vocals is what gives Fire Born its truly unique edge.

Rounding out the Trio on lead vocals and bass there is Luke Heald, who has 14 years of experience, from the shores of Maine to our state of Pennsylvania. His charismatic charm as a front man has always shown itself in his ability to capture and control a crowd. His infectious grooves on bass and emotional vocal styles are what defines and completes the sound that is Fire Born.

In closing we believe that Fire Born can be summarized by two separate quotes that were made by the sound tech from Voyager Music at our farewell to Angelina’s performance. He commented, I have never heard a trio sound so full and the last being, that show was just awesome!
