"I'm IMPRESSED!"

I'm IMPRESSED! I BANGED that album out all weekend.
Here's my review on all the tracks I like most:

"We Here": BANGING! LOVE the way it kicks off the whole album!
Especially like that second verse: "Bilbo baggins, stack of napkins",
etc. I like ALL the verses. They tight, dawg.

"Take it Back": Beautiful track. Beautiful words. Love the flows,
especially the first verse.

"Shake": Cool beat, tight flows, catchy hook. All verses spit
straight, NO DOUBT.

"I'm Not": Steady, banging beat. Like the accented bass hits. Like
the hardcore feel. Really feelin' that first verse. The hook probably
speaks to a LOT of rappers out there.

"One Time": Where'd you get the sampler for this track? Great song
with great descriptions of real life situations.

"Ballin": Nice beat. Like the hook. Another song a lot of rappers can
relate to.

"Hey Lady": TIGHT BEAT! PLATINUM HOOK! GOOD STUFF ALTOGETHER! Love
the flows and convictions and demonstrations of faith and struggles
against the flesh.

"Change": The beat sounds like something I've heard from Kayne West.
Good stuff man. GOD stuff!

OVERALL: You guys have something that you RARELY hear in this
industry. You've been EXTREMELY blessed by our Lord and I pray that
you're wise in this ministry. This "Fireproof" album is awesome and a
definate movement of God's Holy Spirit. - Crucial

"Wedgwood Christian Services"

I don't know if you remember me, I am Heidi Mellema from Wedgwood
Christian Services and we met at the YES! Mentoring celebration in
November when you sang for our guests, mentors, and youth who are
mentored in our program. Again, we were very blessed by your songs and
your testimony. We have an all staff (Wedgwood has about 500 staff) and
youth (about 120 kids in our residential home programs and several 100
in our community-based programs) Christian Life week the last week of
February. I was wondering if you would be interested in doing another
longer concert on either Feb 26th or 23rd for us from about 7 to 8 PM?
(or you could have two hours if you wanted and go until 9 PM) Our staff
and the kids here would be extremely blessed by your music and your
testimony.
Christ's Blessings to you!

"Most sincere best wishes!"

Hey, I can not thank you guys enough for the awesome concert you put
on
for our kids here at Juvenile Detention on Sunday! You guys Rock! T
he
kids are very excited about the possiblity of seeing you at your
Release
concert on the 30th, and many of them are anxiously awaiting my
purchase
of your up-coming CD, so they can listen to it here.
Again, I thought you guys were unbelievably talented, and promoting a
very positive idea to the kids, that will only lead to better things
for
everyone! I am extremely appreciative of your selflessness in sharing
your moving testimonial with them, and of course, for not charging us
to
have you here. We are grateful and thankful.

Most sincere best wishes!

"Bay Area Gospel Co-Ordinartor"

I thought of you and said a little prayer, this morning when I wakened and saw the sun above; I softly said, "good morning Lord, bless everyone I love" . Right away I thought of you and said a loving prayer that He would bless you especially and keep you free from care. I thought of all the happiness a day could hold in store; i wished it all for you because no one deserves it more; I felt so warm and good inside my heart was all aglow; I know God heard my prayer for He hears them all you know. Just to let you know I am thinking of you.

It was more than a blessing to meet you. I praise God for placing Speak Life Ministry into my life. Looking forward to seeing you next year. I already have three churches ready for you. God Bless you and I love you.

From your California Mother - Doris Lindsey

Bio

The world of hip-hop is made up of foundations represented by stylistically regional hip-hop genres - East Coast, West Coast, the Mid-West, and the Dirty South. Every few years however, a hip-hop act emerges to interrupt the shine of conventional hip-hop. This year “Fireproof” has arrived to introduce the Michigan streets to the hip-hop world.

The past few years have been full of contribution for the quiet state of Michigan. Almost overnight, the Great Lakes state has become an innovative ground for hip-hop culture. While noteworthy talent such as Eminem, D12 and Slum Village have proudly represented Michigan on the radio and in the Clubs; “Fireproof” will bring the uncharted aspect of Michigan streets to the forefront with their Debut album Rags II Riches.

The creation of “Fireproof” is the culmination of events that began in early 2001. EMc (Elmore McCoy Jr.), and GS (Javin Love) were born, raised and still reside in Grand Rapids, Michigan. EMc was performing at a release party where GS attended. Shortly after GS and EMc started working together. EMc and GS produced and recorded their solo albums. The 2 then decided to become a group and recorded a mix tape. They began to develop their craft and recognize their potential to have an effect on the hip-hop world. From that point on they were known as the “Fireproof”.

Listeners will find their body moving to the first single 'Shake", and
winding down to the second single 'II Night", and yet the third single
“Street Talk” will take you to the streets of Grand Rapids, MI. This album brings so much diversity that no matter the mood you will be lifted up. “Fireproof” is bringing Hip Hop to the next level. What they have is a perspective you don't hear. It's a positive perspective. It's lingo you don't hear, its Midwest lingo... like you've never heard it. Michigan has never been exposed like this.

Look for “Fireproof” to expose their fresh perspective with their new Album Rags II Riches.
