Bio

Fire Under Collision is an alternative/progressive punk band from Pullman, Washington. FUC has been around for nearly three years. In that time, they've played several shows with great regional acts Coretta Scott (Rise Records), Roundabout, Mourning After and The Classic Crime. They recently played a tsunami relief concert with San Francisco band MiGGs (Tower Records). FUC can be described as "unique and able to stand out" (garageband.com). They are currently working on new recordings and touring.

Lead Singer and Rhythm Guitarist Megan Moore has been playing for eight years. This is the first time she has been a lead singer, but she loves being the front woman. She gets her inspiration from Classic Rock and old school Punk Rock. Bands like: Led Zeppelin, Black Sabbath, Motley Crue, Misfits, Black Flag and Bad Religion have all shaped her style. But none more than her favorite band, Guns and Roses. Megan loves to rock and she does.

Drummer Ben Fromviller has been playing some form of drums since he was 12. He began playing snare and bass drum and learned simple tunes like Aerosmith’s “Walk this Way” and “Wipe Out”, every beginner’s staple. The first CD he bought was Def Leppard’s “Pyromania” and became easily influenced by Pearl Jam, Nirvana, and early Metallica. Ben went through many musical phases from there. From hip-hop, to R & B, to blues, he has covered a wide spectrum of genres. However, he developed a true love with Punk when a friend introduced him to Warped Tour.

Lead Guitarist Mike Jaramillo has been playing the guitar for nearly 12 years. He grew up in Riggins, Idaho where he spent his days teaching himself guitar on the front porch of his mother's restaurant. He never had the chance to learn actual notes or chords and has managed to acquire the unique talent of playing by ear. He got out of Riggins and moved up to Moscow, Idaho. Soon after, he started jamming with Ben and formed Fire Under Collision. He is heavily influenced by Linkin Park, Pennywise, Breaking Benjamin and New Found Glory.
