Bio
We are the 'First Highland Watch'. We are a Bagpipe Rock-n-Roll band out of the Philly area. We play traditional Celtic music amped up with rock and roll and we play classic rock and roll tunes infused with bagpipes; we have a very good live sound that really gets an Irish and Scottish crowd going. We play Irish bars and festivals in the Philly area, we played at a Philadelphia Union Soccer game last season and the Philadelphia Rock n Roll Marathon in September.
We have a unique sound. There is no band out there doing what we are doing. We play some Dropkick Murphy's, Wolfe Tones, Clancy’s, Floyd, Nugent, and Aerosmith in addition to some original tunes as well. Our band consists of 3 competition pipers, a guitar, a bass, and a drummer.
