Bio

In August 2009 Jordan was in a christian band called Camellia Dr. who played a lot of local shows and was slowly falling apart. Dylan and Patrick decided to buy some small recording equipment to play around with. They recorded a couple of acoustic covers such as Slide by the Goo Goo Dolls and Collide by Howie Day. They made a myspace as a joke and names it Cunningham, Jordan's last name. Jordan heard the music on myspace and wanted to play one with them so he got together with them one day and they did an acoustic cover of All the Small Things by blink-182. Shortly after the song went on myspace, Cunningham had over 300 plays in its first week on the site. Dylan came to Jordan and Patrick one day with 2 songs he had written, so they worked on their first 2 originals which were called Goodbye and Somehow (which both songs the band uses today). a week after these 2 songs were complete and on the internet, Jordan's band Camellia Dr. broke up and Jordan, Dylan, and Patrick decided to make this band a normal thing and get serious. So they changed the name to Against All Odds and Dylan wrote another song entitled Until November. When this song was done it was sent in to 95.1 in Montgomery and was aired in the locals only section on sunday nights. Dylan kept coming to Jordan with words and melodies and would sit down with Jordan and write the Guitar parts together. After a total of 4 originals were the done, the band decided to get a new name which is today Five Hour Flight. The guys were ready to play shows, but didnt really have a drummer, Jordan played the instruments on the tracks and was drummer for Camellia Dr. and wanted to play guitar so after almost a month of looking, the guys found a guy from Reeltown, AL named Clay Amason. The band was now a 4 piece and ready to play some shows. Shortly after Clay joined the band another original was wrote entitled Half Past Tuesday, and i think were either pretty good or ppl are listening to laugh because we get about 140 plays everyday on myspace :)
