Formed out of the ashes of wayfaring bands in the Kansas City area, Fleet Echo was started by guitarist Nathan Adams and drummer Keith Simpson to take their creative vision to a whole new level. They were looking to make music that people could relate to while also sharing a positive message about life. Needing a third piece, they called on bassist Chris Nutt (whom they had briefly worked with in the past) to fill out the lineup. Recording their first full-length album, “Stars Came Out”, released January 11th 2009 in CD format and on iTunes. With addition of second guitarist David Kenny, Fleet Echo is set to hit the ground running to bring their music to the masses.
Considering the different paths each member took to get to this point, the band likes to say they are "a perfect fit of imperfect people”.
