Bio
I’m a poet, rapper, singer, songwriter, performer & indie music and film producer from Newark, NJ.
In 2003, I released my 1st album, Whateva Comes to Mind, independently under Ghetto Abnorm Music. WCTM was accompanied by a Limited Edition version which features 4 bonus songs. Callin’ Me is my first independently produced music video. It was filmed in Philadelphia with the help of a completely volunteer staff and crew (Kevin Hackenburg/Get-Kinetic, Philadelphia, PA.) In 2004, I released my 2nd mix tape, Brick City’s Finest under Ghetto Abnorm Music before going on an unexpected, almost 7 year performing hiatus.
In the Spring of 2012, I slowly began releasing new music again online. In January of 2013, those songs were compiled into a music collection/mix tape called, the 5 Heartbeat Collection, which was released under my new, indie music venture, S.O.S.A. Music
In addition to music, I started a indie film production company called S.O.S.A. Films in the summer of 2012. Since then, I’ve released 2 short films, Room to Breathe and Room to Breathe UNCUT. Both films can be veiwed here on FloBrown.com & on my music blog at www.GoldenSealSOSA.com
