The trio consists of Devan Cunningham- Guitar, Vocals Kev Morton - Guitar, Vocals, JD Saltel- Bass and Ken Tan – Drums. Flub the Duck is an energetic hip-hop/ska/punk band from Vancouver, BC. They bring a variety of different influences that all help create a unique and exciting style of music. Whether they're cleverly spitting smooth hip-hop flows over psychedelic reggae chords, or pumping up the energy with some fast ska-punk vibes, the boys of Flub the Duck sure know how to move a crowd.
Things are looking good for the band as they are currently in the midst of recording their new EP with Earl Pereira, the former bass player of Wide Mouth Mason. Every new track brings a fresh new sound to add to the already diverse archive of songs that Flub the Duck currently displays at each of their shows.
With their genre twisting sound, Flub the Duck is able to touch all emotions and is sure to touch you right in the feels. Their original style is always expanding and evolving along with the individuals in the group and it shows in the wide variety of song topics that they write about. Their influences include Sublime, The Beastie Boys, Blink-182 ,Chance the Rapper and a ton more.
