Fluid Boys

BandRockClassic Rock

Musically born out of the 70s, raised in the 80s, and experimenting through out the 90s, Fluid Boys cut a wide swath across the world of rock. Never ones to shy away from a good rock beat, Fluid Boys can also include Jazz and Pop, and other different styles in their music. Contact John 508-815-7041

The three highly experienced musicians that make up Fluid Boys have known each other for years (Carl and John met and formed their first band in Junior High School), and have played in many different bands with and without each other across New England.

They decided to embark on The Fluid Boys Project together to show their love and respect to the many styles that make up their favorite Rock Music.
These influences can heard on their CD "vinyl", sometimes clearly, sometimes subtly.
Though varied in sound and original in material, the CD, like the band, still maintains the band's Heritage Rock roots, which are also expressed in numerous cover tunes in their live shows.

Fluid Boys commitment and professionalism really shines through in their live shows.
With dozens of cover tunes in their repertoire, they can tailor their set list for the venue.
With their on-time show-up/set-up/break-down policy, and a commitment to quality over quantity sound reinforcement , Fluid Boys are very Bar/Club Manager-friendly.
With the variety of older and newer tunes in the "Heritage Rock" vein (no -core/metal/rap/emo/screamo deals going on here) and an energy packed live show, Fluid Boys are very Bar Patron-friendly, and an eminently re-hire-able solid responsible group.

What's Next:

After writing and recording the CD 'vinyl', Fluid Boys have decided to concentrate on playing live, energetic shows across New England, and marketing and selling their CD and building their fan base.
They are looking forward to working with venues, promoters, and with on-line and on-air radio stations to reach their goals of becoming a national act.

The PIXY103 Connection
