Flying Moses is a band of seven musicians who play their authorial music under the flag of progressive pop.
Complex compositions derived from progressive rock go hand in hand with catchy melodies of combative character.
The musicians, influenced by avant-pop, nu-jazz, trip-hop, club music, even by avant-garde music and folk music, have managed to create their own, unique style.
The flute tone, so characteristic of the band, mixed with keyboard instruments, rock guitar and rhythm sections all together give room to personal, metaphoric lyrics sung by Kasia Pakowska.
The music, though eclectic, is coherent and infectious in its melodicity.
All that was appreciated at Slot Art Festival and FAMA Festival 2012, where Flying Moses were awarded a distinction.
