FOOTPRINTS

The group Footprints came together in 1992, and based there style on concept and skills. FootPrints consist of Foundation and Taquan. On December 1993, they where signed to an independent label called Zestland Records. During there tenure at Zestland Records they released a single called "Guard The Dome" and "Pelan" which got a great response from college radio. They would later make a video for Guard the Dome which appeared on Video Music Box. The group FootPrints also performed in shows with artists such as MobbDeep, the Alkaholics and the Cella Dwellers amongst others.

After leaving Zestland Records in 1995, the group took two separate path. Foundation started working out of Database Production, where he linked up with Rezidue who is a writer and composer and became a mentor to him, and taught him the fundamentals of Hip Hop. They would later record a promo for Dj Red Alert formally of Hot 97, in which he played it for that year. After recording a few songs together, they released a single in 1996 called "Boogie Down Got The Flavor " and "Don't Get itTwisted".Taquan would later start his own production company called Twelve Rounds Of Music. Producing music came natural to him and gave taquan another way to connect with the audience.
