For Blood And Vengeance was formed in July 2009 from the ashes of several hardcore/metal bands in the Amsterdam area. Their solid wall of sound - influenced by bands like Biohazard, Hatebreed, Machine Head, Madball and Walls of Jericho - is created by brutal but tight guitar riffs, fast pumping beats and aggressive statements.
In November 2009 the band placed itself convincingly in the finals of the regional band competition called Flavourland, by having given the first place by both jury and audience. FBAV won the third place in the finals of this competition.
In april of 2010, another 3rd place was secured at the finals of the Metal Battle in Atak, Enschede (national bandcompetition) after winning both the first round in Lelystad and the semi-finals in Deventer.
In the fall of 2010 the band hit the studio to record 7 tracks, which were released on USB flash drive in January of 2011 as All Bets Are Off. With an energetic in-your-face live performance and members with over 10 years of on-stage experience in the metal and hardcore scene, For Blood
And Vengeance knows how to turn a stage upside down. And with their new release they are ready to tear it up!
