Bio
“Force” a songwriter who is a formidable new talent on the international music horizon. He is a Jamaican immigrant who migrated to New York in the eighties. Music has always been in his family. He was introduced to a variety of music from just about every culture. His father was a member of the infamous Blue Mountain Kings band in St. Thomas, Jamaica. The band played music from Ska to what we know today as reggae, which was made famous by the Honorable Bob Marley.
His music is not easily pigeonholed as just another Neo-funk want to be. Though his influence goes back to Bob Marley, Jimi Hendrix and Prince; in truth the singer has a whimsical, winning vocal sound that is all his own.
Force’s album shows off his fabulous worldly voice to its fullest, as it is supported by a melodic mix of dance, soul, and Funky bass beats. Force’s voice is defiantly unique and his song writing ability shows his fresh, in-depth insight as to what the people want to hear.
His desire is to become the #1 songwriter and singer of the new millennium. One of his songs “Yesterday, Today, Tomorrow” stresses the point he is trying to make about life as we know it today. It is important to keep our heads high, no matter what hand life has dealt us. He believes that if life gives you lemons, make lemonade.
