"KKKK Album Review"

Debut Album from Essex five piece points to great things.

Top metal producer Dave Chang is on the mix so you know that this is gonna be a professional sounding album, but its the dizzying reach of FN's songwriting that makes 'Aporia' one of the best British debuts you're likely to hear this year. Not mainstream enough to crossover, not American enough to appeal to extremo's (what the hell is that???) more elitest fan base, but 'Aporia' finds brand new breakneck beats to wind your head around and fresh melodic depths at every turn. Songs like 'Better The Epic' and 'Scared To Scarred' spotlight a band with feel, a songwriting craft and sheer power that would see them trawling the worlds stadia were there any justice on this planet. Hear this now, feel smug later.

"4.5/5 Album Review"

Forever Never - Aporia

With a full dozen tracks for your ears to twitch too dont be surprised if you somehow put this albm on 'repeat' and crank the volume up the second time round. In fact once you have read this, buy the album! and play it loud from the onset. Forever never are from Essex and are as loud as you would expect. The opening track Aporia opens up like a salvo of mortars dropping around you, once you become disoriented, subtle hard guitar melody creeps in and surprise surprise the vocals actually sing! the lyrics, a most worthy tune to open with. For those who are not used to singing vocals, track two 'this world' shows that they can bellow with the best and the band play another heavy track with more emphasis on bludgeon work then the skill of the axe. The guitars (two) still play there part. By the time track 5 has played my raised metabolism is making me wish I bought some beer before playing this album because this is true beer guzzling heavy metal. Get this album and use it as an excuse to drink beer profusely.

Bio

orever Never entered 2016 stronger and more confident than ever. Their sound has constantly evolved and matured over the years, to the point where their metal/rock/pop/RnB sound could spawn its own sub-genre.

They have toured with Stone Sour, Skindred, Stuck Mojo, Fozzy, Madina Lake, Exit Ten and Soil to name a few. All 7 of their videos have enjoyed generous rotation on Scuzz TV and Kerrang! TV.

The time off has given the band a fresh outlook and the time to be truly appreciative of life, adding a positive spin to their still crushingly heavy music. 2015 has seen a steady release of new material and the band getting back to what they do best - playing live. No one has yet left a Forever Never show without a chorus or two, or three, stuck in their head for days. And there’s plenty more where that came from, as the band are churning out songs that are simply too big to be contained by the small clubs.
